R-U Ready?! Rutgers-Newark Welcomed Homecoming Back to Campus
We were thrilled to welcome alumni, students, families, faculty, staff, and community members back to campus for the first Rutgers–Newark Homecoming in more than a decade! This long-awaited return of a cherished tradition brought energy and excitement across campus as we celebrated Homecoming 2025 together.
Guests enjoyed a full day of activities, including campus festivities, lawn games, and lively music from a DJ. Food trucks from across New Jersey served up delicious meals, and our roving photobooth helped capture unforgettable moments. Alumni reconnected with one another and engaged in special programming at the Golden Dome — making it an afternoon full of shared memories and Scarlet Pride.
Thank you to everyone who registered and joined us for this historic celebration. We look forward to seeing you again next year as we continue building this tradition for our Rutgers–Newark family!
