Grand Opening Celebration for Express Newark

The offical celebration of the opening of Express Newark in the former Hahne & Co. department store, now an arts, culture, business and community hub in downtown Newark. All are weclome to this free celebration.
Festiviites begin at 4 p.m. with the inaugural L + M Lecture, entitled "Newark: My Home in the Arts." Speaker is Professor Nikki Greene.
The talk is followed at 5 pm by a grand celebration featuring a reception, tours, and interactive demonstrations by each of the arts partners housed in Express Newark showcasing their faciliities and their services available for the community.
