Some helpful links for guests coming to commencement at The Prudential Center:


Assistive Listening Devices (ALD):
Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at all Prudential Center 
events. Please visit our Guest Services booth located outside section 9 on the Main Concourse 
and request an Assistive Listening Device. Guests will be required to leave valid identification 
such as a driver’s license. This is a complimentary service.
Disabled Parking:
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van-
accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard 
or license plate. Opportunity to purchase disabled spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-
served basis so please plan accordingly. To purchase event parking please visit 
Prudential Center is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the arena. Should you 
require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact our Guest Services Department in 
advance or see any Guest Service staff member during the event.
Pick Up / Drop Off:
The pick up and drop off location for guests with special needs is located on Lafayette on the 
corner of Mulberry and Lafayette. Ramps are provided for entrance thru the Lafayette Tower.
All restrooms facilities at Prudential Center are accessible. In addition, we have seven 
family/unisex restrooms available on all levels of the arena, convenient for disabled guests with 
opposite gender aides/companions.
  • Main Course- Outside Sections 12 and 22
  • Lincoln Suite level- Outside Suite 120 and 127
  • Ford Suite Level- Outside Suite 216 and 217
  • Upper Concourse – Outside Sections 110 and 127
Service Animals/Guide Dogs:
Service animals are welcome in Prudential Center and will rest in the seating area of the 
individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. We suggest that the individual have proof of 
certification or a license for the service animal.
Wheelchair Escorts:
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available for all events at Prudential Center. When you 
arrive at any of the entrances of the building please alert a Guest Services Representative that 
you would like a wheelchair escort and they will be able to assist you. Please be aware that our 
staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the 
wheelchair for the duration of the event.
Wheelchair Storage:
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at 
our Guest Services Booth located on the Main Concourse outside Section 9 or the Upper 
Concourse outside Section 114. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you 
at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer.

PARKING : Free Parking and Shuttle Service to and from Prudential will be provided. 
No balloons or wrapped packages are allowed in Prudential Center.

  • Cans, Bottles, Glass or Other Beverage Containers
  • Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.
  • Coolers or Ice Chests
  • Illegal Drugs 
  • Large Bags and Purses
  • Laser Pens and Pointers
  • Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)
  • Outside Food and Beverage
  • Professional Photography Equipment
  • Poles to Display Banners, Flags, etc. 
  • Skateboards and/or Rollerblades
  • Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
  • Weapons (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.)
  • Any Other Item Deemed to be Inappropriate or Dangerous by Prudential Center
