Events listings should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. Events must be sponsored and/or submitted by a University-recognized Rutgers organization. Preference is given to on-campus events; nearby off-campus events deemed to be of interest and educational/social value to students and faculty can be submitted for posting as space permits. Preference is given to events open to the public but inivitation-only events can be posted as long as they are so designated.
