FREE Webinar: Appreciative Inquiry/SOAR Strategic Planning
Free Webinar
The Rutgers-Newark School of Public Affairs and Administration's Institute of Nonprofit Leadership and Innovation and the Center for Applied Appreciative Inquiry, cordially invite you to participate in a one-hour free webinar on Friday, November 2, 2012 from 2pm to 3pm ET. The webinar will feature how nonprofits can use a new positive, strength-based approach to strategic planning. Instead of enduring the energy deflating and negative, deficit-based approach to traditional strategic planning, which focuses on weaknesses, gaps and threats and who's to blame for them, you will learn how to use Appreciative Inquiry and SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations and Results/Resources) to develop strategic plans through high engagement of your internal and external stakeholders. If you are looking for a different what, then you need a ‘new how.’ The ‘new how’ is this positive, uplifting, and creative alternative approach to the development of strategic plans, which taps the creative and innovative energy that lies within the people of your organization.
The webinar is free - registration is required. To register, please click on the following link: https://www4.gotomeeting.com/register/743467127
