The Department of African American and African Studies presents a poetry reading and discussion with Edward Baugh, Professor Emeritus of English, University of the West Indies, Jamaica. Dr. Baugh is a literary critic whose distinguished academic career has been devoted to West Indian literature, especially the study of Anglophone Caribbean poetry, and in particular the work of Nobel Laureate, Derek Walcott.
