Have You Met Rutgers-Newark?

University Square
One of downtown Newark’s newest landmarks is the red-brick, 13-story Rutgers residence hall known as University Square, second home to some 600 upper-class and graduate students. “Uni Square,” at the corner of University and Central avenues, is the newest and largest housing facility at Rutgers-Newark.
Uni Square residents enjoy superb views of the nearby New York city skyline from every study lounge, as well as a computer lab, multipurpose room, laundry, and vending machines. Uni Square also offers a ground-floor assortment of retail stores and eateries open to all.
